617 LOADING BAY DOOR AND DOCKING SYSTEM:

Combursa Model 1050/1100.                                                                                                                                     Automatic electro-hydraulic levellers with a retractable lip giving a longer platform, enabling them to be adapted to all loading/unloading situations. These models allow a greater height difference between the dock and the body of the truck.
Length of retractable lip: 500mm to Model 1050; 1000mm to Model 1100.
Model 1100 has an insulated panel on the lower part designed to seal with an insulated sectional door in refrigerated storerooms.

Options:
Pit version
Sits flush with the ground in closed position. Allows the level of the truck to be up to 450mm below the level of the dock and up to 635mm above the dock level, depending on model. Pits can be embedded in the ground or supported within a concrete floor slab or suspended on three sides of a concrete floor slab. Different configurations of pits are detailed in the Combursa technical literature.
Free-standing metallic frame
Designed when civil engineering work cannot be performed inside the loading bay or when such work is not desired. It is a metal structure, finished as the leveller, which supports the ramp and can be supplied with one, two or no sides.
Finish:
Ramps are supplied with rust-proof paint finishes in RAL colour 7003 as standard. Other RAL colours are available at a minimum extra cost. Hot and cold dipped galvanised steel finishes are also available.
Ramps are supplied with 400mm rubber bumpers as standard. A further 4 rubber bumpers are available at extra cost.
Automatic return to standby position once the truck has left.
Retractable segmented lips.
