617 LOADING BAY DOOR AND DOCKING SYSTEM:

Combursa Model 950.
An automatic electro-hydraulic leveller comprising an electrical panel and a hydraulic unit.
Electrical panel - Operates at 24V, 3 phase, 50 Hz power supply as recommended by the E.E.C. It is equipped with safety elements to protect both the machine and the connection line, is easily maintained and comes with spare parts.

Options:
Pit versions
Sits flush with the ground in closed position. Allows the level of the truck to be up to 300mm below the level of the dock and up to 800mm above the dock level. Pits can be embedded in the ground or supported within a concrete floor slab or suspended on three sides of a concrete floor slab. Different configurations of pits are detailed in the Combursa technical literature.
Free-standing metallic frame
Designed when civil engineering work cannot be performed inside the loading bay or when such work is not desired. It is a metal structure, finished as the leveller, which supports the ramp and can be supplied with one, two or no sides.
Finish:
Ramps are supplied with rust-proof paint finishes in RAL colour 7003 as standard. Other RAL colours are available at a minimum extra cost. Hot and cold dipped galvanised steel finishes are also available.
Ramps are supplied with 400mm rubber bumpers as standard. A further 4 rubber bumpers are available at extra cost.
