Safeguard 77
A vertical insulated roller shutter designed for domestic, retail, commercial and bar/servery applications and suitable for both internal and external use. The shutter offers medium security for commercial, industrial and retail premises. Available for manual or electric operation.
Dimensions:
Opening height up to 3000mm, opening width up to 5000mm. Maximum area 15m².
Shutter weight: 5 kg/m² of door opening.
Curtain
77mmdeep profiled double wall foam filled extruded aluminium lath.
Bottom Rail
77mm deep extruded aluminium bottom rail with circular extruded rubber section at base.
Side Guides
90 x 34mm extruded aluminium guide with integral box section for strength.
Shutter barrel
Continuous mild steel tube – with counterbalance springs inside the tube for manual operation shutters.
Hood
Compact four sided pre-finished steel cover to roller shutter coil.
Operation
Manual push up/pull down operation with locking bottom rail. Maximum area 12m².
Electric operation with 240v 1ph motor via control button unit. Maximum area 15m².
Finish
Polyester powder coated finish in standard white or brown for guides, hood and bottom rail. Curtain colours – white, brown, light beige, burgundy red and fir green. Consult with Northern Doors (UK) Ltd for availability of alternative finishes and to obtain samples.
