Mavifood High-Speed Roll-Up Door.
A high-speed fabric roll-up door designed for use in food processing and pharmaceutical industry applications. The flexible track allows ‘break-away’ and automatic reinsertion and the polyester fabric curtain with double-sided PVC coating is built to withstand draft and high pressure washing. For use on interior openings only.
Maximum clear dimensions: 3000 x 3000mm.
Curtain: 100% high-strength polyester fabric with double-sided PVC coating, with or without vision panels.
Food hygiene features: Built-in water high pressure cleanout system, all components can be easily reached for cleaning, there are no areas for water retention and the door frame contains no gaps, is resistant to moisture, acids, animal fats, rodents, insects and salt solutions.
Standard opening speed - 1 m/s and closing speed – 0.5 m/s.
Opening controls:
Manual hold down push button control
Automatic by pull switch, induction loop, radio, radar. Closing time can be regulated from 5 to 30 seconds.
Motor: 2 speed motor, 240v single phase or 400v 3 phase and earth-without neutral..
Electrical protection: Gearmotor and control box - IP 55.
Frame & hood: Self-supporting uprights designed for washdown applications.
Models AISI 304 L and AISI 316 L have stainless steel uprights and hoods
Model 100% Polyester paint finish on alu-zinc steel.
