Mavifold High-Speed Fabric Fold-Up Door.
A range of impact resistant door curtains designed for inside and outside applications, manufactured by Maviflex® (Web: www.maviflex.com) and supplied by Northern Doors. Maximum dimensions for external use: 4500 x 4500mm.

Curtain100% high-strength polyester fabric with double-sided PVC coating and reinforced with horizontal strengtheners to provide maximum wind, draught and negative pressure resistance.Weight: 670 g/m².                                                             Tear strength warp/weft: 25 daN.Treatments: UV and fungicide.'

Frame
Self-supporting Alu-zinc steel uprights and header frames with polyester powder coated finish - Grey RAL 7016; 6 other RAL colours are available on request, as well as aluminium finish. Track fitted with flexible guides on the uprights. Flexible track side guides allow the curtain to be released from the track without damaging the curtain in the event of an impact. PVC Covers, including header and uprights, available in 3 colours.
Periferic Weatherseals
Sealing top hood included. Weather resistant bottom sleeve seal and special limits curtain weather seals.

Soft bottom edge technology.
Jamb-mounted dual safety photocells to ensure safe operation.
Flashing warning lights when the door operates.
Gear brake motor - Single speed, 400V 3 phase supply (240V single phase supply option) . 0.75 kW.
Electrical protection: Gearmotor - IP 54.
Control panel - Jamb-inserted control panel with protected power cut-off switch, pre-wired with plug-in electronics technology. Telemecanique components. CE Mark.
Manual opening control - Opening and closing by holding down the push button or by other switching mechanism (e.g. ceiling pull switch).
Closing time can be regulated from 5 to 30 seconds.
Thermal insulation: K=5 Watt/m2/°C.
Sound attenuation: 16 dB A.
Complies with NF P 25-362 safety standard.
Options:
Semi-automatic or fully automatic safety lifting in the event of power failure (spring free counterweight).
Watertight and dustproof GRP control box - Electrical protection: IP 66 (Nema 4X exterior use).
Automatic controls to suit the traffic flow - induction loop detector, hand-held radio transmitter, radar (motor sensors), photocells, etc.
