Specification

Dock Shelters A range of dock shelters designed for use with new and existing installations.

Notshelter Type ADesigned for adjustment to any type of truck, in heavy traffic installations. The structure is manufactured from reinforced, extruded, anodised aluminium. The flexible side screens and double upper canvas are PVC, reinforced with a flexible waft, and are resistant to knocks and scratches. The shelter is protected from truck damage by a galvanised steel profile at the bottom of the side screens, bolted to the wall.
Dimensions: 3400mm wide x 3400mm high overall. Projection: 600mm.
An optional sealing cushion is available for fitting to the bottom of the side screens.

Norshelter Type B
Similar to CB-5 but without the galvanised steel protection profile. The shelter is flexible and is designed to withstand impacts from trucks - after the truck has moved away, the spring loaded mechanism sets the shelter back to its original position.

Norshelter Type C
Similar to CB-5 but designed to be recessed into the external wall.

Norshelter Type D
A projecting shelter with PVC covered foam cushions to form a seal around the truck. Designed for cold-storage plants where thermal insulation is important. Rubber bumpers are fitted to the bottom of the shelter for provide protection from impact damage. Dimensions: 2850mm wide x 3050mm high overall.
