The door design is open to a wide variety of arrangements, Glazing

Visionguard 45 Grille
A range of
roller grilles designed for industrial and commercial applications. The grilles
allow air movement through the building whilst giving security to the opening.
Each door is custom manufactured to suit most types of structural opening and
designed to give a smooth, quiet operation, whilst retaining a neat,
self-contained appearance.

Curtain
Constructed from galvanised 14mm x 1.2mm thick tubes and 2mm
thick flat links. The curtain is assembled into a ‘brick bond’ pattern with
spacing of 322mm width x 60mm vertical centres and each are locked to prevent
lateral movement.
Bottom Rail
Constructed from a 14 x 70mm extruded box section.

Side guides
Formed from cold rolled mild steel channels and secured
into the opening by continuous box sections.
Roller
assembly
Constructed from mild steel tube.
Endplates
The
roller assembly is supported by mild steel endplates with mounting
angles.
Roller enclosure (Optional)
Formed from a galvanised
pressed metal sheet to enclose the rear of the shutter barrel and curtain
assembly.
Operation
Hand chain

Electric operation using an enclosed tube motor to suit the size of
the opening, fixed within the barrel. Standard voltage 240v single phase 50Hz or
415v 3 phase 50Hz.
