Visionguard 38 Grille Shutter
A vertical slotted lath security shutter, with a slimline profile designed to minimise the visual impact. They can be both internally and externally fitted on a wide range of openings including windows and doors.

Dimensions:
Opening height up to 5000mm, opening width up to 3500mm. Maximum area 10m².
Shutter weight: 6.5 kg/m² of door opening.

Curtain
38mmdeep aluminium profile punched to provide 45% vision.

Bottom Rail
54 x 36mm extruded aluminium with internal box sections for strength.

Side Guides
60 x 24mm extruded aluminium guide with integral box section for strength.

Shutter barrel
Continuous mild steel tube – with counterbalance springs inside the tube for manual operation shutters.

Hood
Compact four sided pre-finished steel cover to roller shutter coil.

Operation
Manual push up/pull down operation with locking via bottom rail or bullet locks. Maximum area 7m².
Rod crank operation, self locking. Maximum area 3.5m².
Geared belt (low security) self locking. Maximum area 3.0m².
Swivel belt (low security) self locking. Maximum area 2m².
Electric operation with 240v 1ph motor via control button unit. Maximum area 10m².

Finish
Polyester powder coated finish in standard white or brown

Optional extras:
Polycarbonate clear inserts to slots in curtain.
Preformed lath in lieu of standard slotted lath.
