Maviflex®
Mavifood Process High-Speed Roll-Up Door.
A high-speed fabric roll-up
door designed for use in food processing and pharmaceutical industry
applications. The flexible track allows ‘break-away’ and automatic reinsertion
and the polyester fabric curtain with double-sided PVC coating is built to
withstand draft and high pressure washing. For use on both interior and exterior
openings.
Maximum clear dimensions: 3500 x 3500mm.
Curtain: 900 g/m² PVC
coated polyester fabric with sewn-in horizontal strengtheners.
Food hygiene
features: All components can be easily reached for cleaning, with no dismantling
necessary. All components have CNEVA LERPAC Approval.
Standard opening and
closing speed: 1 m/s.
Opening controls:
Manual hold down push button
control
Automatic by pull switch, induction loop, radio, radar. Closing time
can be regulated from 5 to 30 seconds.
Motor: Direct drive motor, 240v single
phase or 400v 3 phase and earth-without neutral..
Electrical protection:
Gearmotor and control box - IP 55.
Frame & hood: Weld free AISI 304L
stainless steel monolithic uprights with flexible side guides and designed for
high-pressure clean-out. AISI 316L stainless steel or mill-galvanized steel
frame with polyester powder coating are also available.
