Serveryfire 75
A vertical rolling fire resistant shutter providing 1 hour fire resistance in accordance with BS 476 Part 22. Powered by a 240v 1ph electric motor, it is automatically self closing when activated by the fire detection system.

Dimensions:
Opening height up to 2500mm, opening width up to 2500mm.

Curtain
75mmdeep cold rolled 0.9mm galvanised flat steel lath, fitted with steel endlocks on each alternate lath to prevent lateral movement within the curtain.

Bottom Rail
Double angle steel bottom rail, primer painted.

Side Guides
65 x 32mm cold rolled mild steel channel guides with guide fixing angles, primer painted.

Shutter barrel
100mm diameter (minimum) x 2mm thick seamless steel tube with and drive sprocket.

Endplates
Mild steel endplates fixed to a vertical mild steel angle by M6 fixings, with each endplate fitted with cast steel or mild steel barrel support cups. Primer paint finish.

Hood and motor cover
Galvanised pressed steel sheet to form 3 sided profile coil cover, motor and drive cover.

Operation
Electric operation with 240v 1ph motor via standard push button control unit. Motor with travel limits and haulchain manual override. Auto-close via 72ºC fusible link release mechanism by gravity control descent.
Manual option – haulchain unit in lieu of electric motor to re-open shutter after testing. The haulchain would normally be stored at high level. The 24v DC solenoid unit auto-closing and fire door interface panel options described below are both available with the haulchain unit.

Finish
Standard galvanised or primer paint finish. Consult with Northern Doors (UK) Ltd for availability of alternative finishes and to obtain samples.

Fire door interface panel for use in conjunction with solenoid units above, to provide audio and visual warning to closing the shutter after variable timer. Panel provides facility to power close the shutter, gravity close the shutter with controlled descent or close the shutter upon mains power failure with controlled descent. And receive either 24v DC alarm signal or volt free alarm signal, (by others).
