Commpact Insulated Sectional
Door:
A vertical sectional insulated door with a folding/stacking
system is designed to leave more space available at the head to the conventional
up and over insulated door and also requires less secondary steel work. The area
behind the door in the roof is left clear for lighting, roof lights, services,
overhead cranes etc. Standard features include cable tension detection, fail
safe device, rails and finger protection and auto locking to electric doors.
Dimensions:
Up to 7000mm wide x 7930mm high
Framework:
Formed from cold rolled galvanised steel tracks and
brackets with hardwearing abrasive free rollers and tracks. Alloy cable drums,
cables and folding plates.

Door panels:
Lightweight aluminium sandwich panels are in a Stucco
design as standard, with integral stainless steel hinges. The CFC free
insulation provides an insulation value of 0.45
W/m²K.
Operation:
Manual operation via a chain hoist or electric
operation via 3ph 415v or 1ph 240v. A range of control options is available.
